15 years at the intersection of climate ambition and operational reality.
My career began in the banana plantations of Costa Rica with Chiquita. It continued through the potato fields of northern France with McCain, into the boardroom in Toronto, and later to Unilever in London, where I led global climate delivery across the supply chain.
I've seen the full spectrum, from climate beginners to leaders, and navigated the complex, human reality of turning scientific insight into actionable plans.
One lesson has been constant: sustainability only works when it becomes part of the fabric of the business. Real progress happens when governance, incentives, targets, culture, and KPIs move together.
I work independently, but not alone : collaborating with Positive Impact Team and a trusted network of experts to bring the right capacity to each assignment.
